What are the policies for Featured New Releases?

It is your responsibility to ensure that we have accurate links and cover images for your new book within seven days of your Featured New Release. Please notify us at as soon as possible if any details of your featured book change.
If you book your Featured New Release more than 30 days in advance of your release date, you can lock in your promotion date at that time but not the cost. We will email you one month in advance of your selected book’s release date to confirm the final cost of the promotion. Should you no longer wish to move forward with the Featured New Release at that time, you will have 7 days during which you can cancel the feature.
Please also note the following policies around feature changes and rescheduling:

  • If your book's release date changes and you have a Featured New Release scheduled, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that we aren't able to guarantee another schedule spot will be available, and we aren't able to issue refunds once you've paid the feature fee.
  • If you book your Featured New Release within 30 days of your release date, we cannot guarantee refunds for any cancellations that occur after you confirm the promotion.
  • If your book is not available for purchase on the day of your Featured New Release, we cannot guarantee a refund or the ability to reschedule.
