In order to qualify for New in KU, a book must be:
- Enrolled in Kindle Unlimited within 90 days of its promotion date
- Full-length (novels or collections of novellas must be at least 150 pages, works of nonfiction at least 100 pages, cookbooks at least 70 pages, middle grade books at least 100 pages, and children’s picture books at least 20 pages)
- Error-free. We look for content that is well-formatted and free of typos and grammatical errors.
Does my book need to be a new release in order to qualify for a New in Kindle Unlimited feature?
No! Both new releases and backlist titles are eligible for New in KU promotions, provided they are newly enrolled in Kindle Unlimited and meet the rest of our eligibility requirements.
How frequently can I run a New in Kindle Unlimited feature?
We will promote books by the same author no more than once every 30 days, and the same book no more than once every 12 months.
What regions are New in Kindle Unlimited features sent to?
All New in Kindle Unlimited promotions must be available in the US. If a book is available in the UK, Canada, or Australia, we will also send it to KU subscribers in those regions.
