Preorder Alerts are only sent to US members who have signed up to receive these types of email alerts from the authors they follow. Since this represents a portion of your total follower count, it’s normal for your eligible follower number to be lower than your total follower count. Please note the Preorder Alert cost of $0.02 per follower is based on eligible follower counts, so you’ll only be charged for the followers who can actually receive these alerts.
