BookBub Ads appear in dedicated spaces at the bottom of BookBub’s emails and on BookBub.com. A real-time auction determines which ads are served at any given time. When you create a campaign, you decide which readers you want to target and how much you’re willing to pay for an impression (one opened email or web page = one impression) or for a click from those audiences. When a reader opens an email from BookBub or visits a page on our website, we serve the ad of the highest bidder targeting that particular reader at that moment.

Currently, only BookBub Ads using cost-per-click (CPC) bidding are eligible to appear on BookBub.com. Ads using both CPC and cost-per-thousand-impression (CPM) bidding are eligible to appear in BookBub emails.
